1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and pilgrimage packages. By accessing or booking with ITS Pilgrim, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services

ITS Pilgrim provides pilgrimage and tour packages, travel arrangements, chauffeur-driven vehicles, and related services as listed on our website.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or authorized representatives.

  • A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

  • The balance payment (if any) must be settled before the commencement of the journey.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other approved methods.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Customer:

    • 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund of advance.

    • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of advance.

    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

  • Cancellations by ITS Pilgrim:

    • In case of unforeseen events (natural calamities, political unrest, etc.), ITS Pilgrim reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. Customers may opt for a full refund or rescheduled dates.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • Passengers must carry valid government-issued ID, permits, or other required travel documents.

  • ITS Pilgrim is not responsible for denial of entry at temples, shrines, or states due to incomplete documentation or personal restrictions.

6. Health & Safety

  • Some pilgrimages may involve physically demanding activities (trekking, climbing, etc.). Travelers are advised to ensure they are medically fit.

  • ITS Pilgrim is not liable for any health-related issues arising during travel.

7. Liability

  • ITS Pilgrim acts as a facilitator between the customer and third-party providers (hotels, transport, etc.). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service lapses beyond our direct control.

  • ITS Pilgrim will not be held responsible for loss of valuables, luggage, or personal items during the trip.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to maintain decorum and respect local traditions, religious sentiments, and fellow travelers.

  • Misconduct or inappropriate behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.

9. Website Usage

  • All content, images, and information on https://itspilgrim.in are the property of ITS Pilgrim.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

10. Amendments

ITS Pilgrim reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kottayam, Kerala.
