1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your pilgrimage booking, the following refund rules apply:

• 30 days or more before departure – 80% of the advance amount will be refunded.

• 15–29 days before departure – 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.

• Less than 15 days before departure – No refund will be provided.

Note: Bank/transaction charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

2. Cancellation by ITS Pilgrim

• In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, or operational challenges, ITS Pilgrim reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour.

• Customers may choose either:

  • A full refund of the paid amount, OR

  • Rescheduled tour dates at no additional cost.

3. No-Show Policy

• If a customer fails to appear at the departure point without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

4. Early Termination of Trip

• If a traveler chooses to leave the trip midway due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the journey.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation.

• Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during booking (Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

6. Non-Refundable Components

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Visa fees, permits, and entry tickets purchased in advance.

• Special darshan/temple passes booked on your behalf.

• Any government charges or taxes already paid.
